This is an On-the-Job Training (OJT) opportunity for individuals who meet WIOA requirements. Applicants must visit the Dothan Career Center to complete a WIOA eligibility assessment and must have an updated Alabama JobLink account and resume. Job duties include, but are not limited to: * Manage the daily operational activities according to company policy and procedures. * Perform facility opening and closing activities on a daily basis according to company policy and procedures. * Monitor the facility to ensure it remains, safe, secure, and well-maintained according to company policy and procedures. * Prepare and maintain employment records related to on-the-job coaching. * Prepare and evaluate job performance and discuss problem areas with employees to resolve issues and correct behavior. * Plan, schedule, and conduct employee training sessions to foster positive attitude toward the company’s objectives and goals. * Plan and prepare employee weekly work schedules, and keep records of attendance and hours worked. * Reconcile and balance cash registers at the end of the day * Provide general oversight of the cafeteria. * Train cafeteria workers and implement procedures for food preparation, service, cleaning/sanitation, and safety activities. * Control inventory of cafeteria stock and purchase or requisition supplies when inventory drops to a specified level. * Perform marketing activities that support the facility, such as participating in community outreach activities, meeting with media representatives, and appearing at fundraising events. * Other duties as assigned. Background investigation and urinalysis will be conducted.
