And speaking of discovery – If you’re high energy, customer focused and ready to provide excellence in service to every guest, we have immediate opportunities for Desk Clerks to provide the highest level of service possible to our guests by following standards for professional, aggressive hospitality. Responsible for checking guests into and out of the hotel. Posts charges to guestrooms, verifies credit cards, balances bank at the end of the shift. Distributes information to guests in a timely manner. Assists in rectifying guests questions and concerns. Requires flexibility to work both a.m. and p.m. shifts as needed, some weekends required.
