The Resident Manager functions as the Strategic Business Leader of the hotels’ Rooms and Loss Prevention operations and acts as General Manager in his/her absence. Areas of responsibility include Front Office, Business Center, Recreation/Fitness Center, Housekeeping, Loss Prevention, Spa, Gift Shop where applicable. Position oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures implementation of PCH service strategy and brand initiatives. The position ensures Rooms and Loss Prevention operations meets the PCH’s target customer needs, ensures associate satisfaction, focuses on growing revenues and maximizes the financial performance of the department. As a member of the executive committee develops and implements hotel-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the PCH’s target customer and property associates and provide a return on investment to the owner and PCH Hotels.
