Hexagon PPM is seeking to hire an Associate Engineer SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test). This position involves verification and validation of Intergraph’s SmartPlant Enterprise suite of engineering products. The ideal candidate will work with integrated applications in one or more of the following areas:

+ Software testing (White box testing and Black box testing), Quality Assurance, and Customer Support

+ Software release and deployment

+ Monitoring Automated Test Procedures (ATPs)

+ Defining regression, new features, and performance testing framework and relevant metrics

+ Defining the strategy for continuing testing efforts in new and upgraded products

+ Working within a Scrum environment

+ Interfacing with internal customers including software development and product planning

+ Administration of Windows servers and server virtualization

+ Administration of relational databases – Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server

+ Information Management

+ 3D Modeling & Visualization

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related areas. Experience in Quality Assurance, software development and Automated Testing is desired. Experience with SmartPlant Foundation, or any other Intergraph product used in the Plant Design industry is also a plus.
