Division Program Integrator (ECE)

Your role:
In your role as a Division Program Integrator supporting the Environmental & Component Electromagnetic (ECE) Test Division, you will monitor cost, schedule, and performance of assigned test activities at the Division level. Ensure regular communication between members of the test team, including Account Management, Test Coordinators, and Test Engineers. Work directly with the test team to schedule planning activities and execution of test events at ECE. Track and report status of Cost Estimate Tool (CET) completion requests, test execution, data processing, and document creation/approval to the Division Chief and test team. Act as the ECE primary point of contact to the test team for status of execution across the division. Monitor test schedules throughout execution to identify schedule conflicts and elevate risks and issues to the Division Chief and the test team. Execute specific coordination tasks, such as coordinating aircraft ferry schedules and transfer of test items, with counterparts in the other Divisions/Directorates.

Work with multiple test directorates and divisions
Attend customer meetings
Use customer provided business tools ADSS, PMM, CET, VDLS, PRO3, and SharePoint

Minimum requirements for this position:

A Bachelor’s Degree with project management, business, or account management experience (preferred) or an Associate’s Degree and minimum two years of related experience (technical program planning, budget development, and/or government project administration). Alternatively, a minimum 4 years of related experience, a minimum 4 years of military experience, or a combination of both in a related specialty.
Technical experience performing engineering, analysis, and related functions in research, development, test and evaluation in support of military equipment and systems a plus.
Must be extremely proficient in all Microsoft Office software, including Project
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Government security clearance
Must be a US Citizen
