Job Description


+ Must be able to operate manual lathes, mills and grinders.

+ Responsible for following machine shop safety rules.

+ Use precision measuring instruments.

+ Assist other tool and die makers.

+ Must be able to work with limited supervision.

+ Must be able to troubleshoot tooling problems throughout the facility.

+ Responsible for building and maintaining plastic injection molds to very close tolerances.

+ Disassembling, cleaning, lubricating, inspecting, and reassembling all plastic injection molds.

+ . Must be able to set-up, load programs and make adjustments to CNC, EDM, grinder and mill equipment

+ Must be proficient with 2 axis Surf Cam and CNC lathe programming to generate programs and make edits as required to meet part dimensions.

+ Must be able to operate CNC Mill, EDM and grinder.

+ Must assist with mold changes when necessary.


2 year degree in a technical field.

At least 3 years related experience.
