24/7 Residential Addiction Treatment Facility for Male Adolescents* –HELPING CHANGE LIVES!!!!! Are you dedicated & honor-driven? Seeking individuals looking for a career in the social services field and students in psychology, counseling, or social work programs who would like real world experience. For those having a bachelor’s degree starting pay for this position will be $10.71 per hour. IF YOU HAVE THATCRAZY ABOUTMAKING A DIFFERENCE ATTITUDE, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. These PRN (on call as needed) and part-time Treatment Aide positions provide constant and immediate supervision of program clients and ensure the security and safety of the Program. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Program Security • Constant and immediate supervision of program clients during daily operational activities, including meals, education, recreation, group time, and sleeping hours. • Intervention in instances of client violation of program rules or safety regulations using approved methods. • Conduct basic living skills group as required. • Perform head counts of clients at required intervals. • Conduct program safety and security checks during shift as directed. • Assist in conducting intake and outtake of clients. • Provide transportation for clients following all procedures and protocols for safety and security. • Serve as point of contact for assigned shift as required or requested by Program Coordinator, Program Manager or his/her designee. •Provide transportation for clients following all procedures and protocols for safety and security Instruction and Training • Participate in staff meetings, training, and in-service meetings as required. Clerical duties • Perform basic clerical activities related to daily operations of program. • Document activities and incidents as required by procedures.
