Job Description


The Area of Consideration for this vacancy announcement is local/commuting area. Note: US Citizens and Non-Citizens that live within 50 miles of Fort Rucker, AL. (Military Spouse Preference (MSP) and Involuntarily Separated Military Preference (ISMP) eligible candidates are included in the area of consideration.) This position is located at The Coffee Zone. For additional duties PD# AK089


Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, bended coffees, or teas.

Take customer orders and covey them to other employees for preparation.

Serve prepared foods, such as muffins, biscotti, or bagels.

Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions.

Stock customer service stations with paper products or beverage preparation items.

Order, receive, or stock supplies and/or retail products.

Receive and process customer payments.


Conditions of Employment


Minimum requirements: There are no minimum requirements for this position. Best Qualified Criteria:

At least 6 months working as a barista at a coffee shop. -OR-

Possess customer service experience, experience working at restaurant, and cash handling experience. *This is a standing register, applicants will be sent to the hiring manager on a weekly basis. Additional referral lists may be issued at management’s request.
