+ Coordinatewiththetrainingofficer,trainingnon\-commissioned officer \(NCO\),squadronaviationresourcemanagement\(SARM\),Unit DeploymentManager\(UDM\),andOperationsOfficer\(DO\) toarrangeascheduletofacilitateoperations,qualification,upgrade,test,exercises,andcontinuationtrainingaccomplishmenttomeetrequiredcurrencyandprogressionstandards,in accordance with \(IAW\)DOpriorities\.
+ Build device utilization schedules to ensure student throughput requirements, Government Use Time \(GUT\), Distributed Mission Operations \(DMO\) exercises, testing events, and all other device\-specific activities are met and comply with contractual requirements\.
+ Coordinatewithseniorsquadronleadershiponadailyandweeklybasis\.Coordinatewithsimulator contractorsasrequiredforsimulatorevents\.
+ Trackcrewmemberleave,temporaryduty,scheduledmedicalappointmentsorotherscheduling commitments and backfill their absences\.Contractorwillde\-conflictcrewmemberschedulesandcoordinatewithflightleadershiptoensure crewmembersare availabletomeetassignedsortietaskings\.
+ Trackdailyflight/ground/academictrainingrequirementsandaccomplishmentstofacilitateaccurateflightschedulinginsupportofthe DO\.Tothemaximumextentpossible,scheduleaircrewbasedon experiencetomitigateOperationalRiskManagement\(ORM\)asdetailedinAMCI90\-903,AviationORM\. ScheduleIAWguidanceasoutlinedbyStandardization/Evaluation \(Stan/Eval\)inconjunctionwithapplicableaircraftmanuals,appropriatesupplements,andtheGo\-No/GoProcessGuide\.Updateswillbereportedtosquadronleadership and be made available to students and instructors through Government\-approved means\.
+ Facilitatelast\-minuteschedulechangestoensurefullcoveragebyworkingwiththecurrentmission commander/operationssupervisor\(orequivalent\)andflightrepresentative\(s\)responsiblefortheshiftthatisnotfullymanned\.
+ Publish/postschedulingdataforunitlong\-andshort\-rangeground/academic,flying,andsimulatortrainingeventschedulesona Government\-designatedsystem\.
+ CoordinatewithOG,OSO,OST,outsideagencies/exerciseparticipantsandhigherheadquarters representatives\(i\.e\.,REDFLAG,GREENFLAG,MobilityGuardian,WeaponsSchoolsupport\)forreportingandtofacilitateexercise andspecialeventschedules\.
+ ProvideinputstoWingScheduling/CurrentOperationsthrough attendanceatweeklymeetingsforschedule coordinationandde\-confliction\.
+ Producethe FlyingHourProgramReport\.
+ Providesecuritymanager\(s\)aweeklylistofJoint Personnel Adjudication System \(JPAS\)requirementsinordertogenerateJPASlettersasrequiredfortrainingmissions\.
+ CoordinatewithapplicableAerialDelivery,Cargo LoadTraining supervision,Boom Operator andLoadmasterSchedulers,andWingScheduling/CurrentOperations toensureappropriatetrainingloadsareassignedand configured appropriatelytoeachlineontheschedule\.
+ Must have:
+ Two \(2\) years of experience as a USAF aircrew member, or;
+ Two \(2\) years of experience working in a United States Air Force \(USAF\) Squadron, Group, or Wing flying scheduling office, or;
+ Five \(5\) years of experience working in a Department of Defense \(DoD\) Flying Squadron, Group, or Wing flying scheduling office; or;
+ Five \(5\) years of experience as a scheduler in a transportation, maritime, or commercial airline company\.
+ One \(1\) year of experience working with Global Decision Support System \(GDSS\) or similar proprietary scheduling program\.
+ Two \(2\) years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite\.
+ Excellent written, verbal communication and customer relations skills\.
+ Ability to work in a dynamic, fast\-paced environment\.
Additional Skills and/or Requirements:
+ Active Secret Security Clearance required \(within 10\-year eligibility window and in use in the past 24 months\)\.
