Job Summary
Provides administrative and general clerical support for the Harrison School of Pharmacy with responsibility for a broad variety of office and project support duties and tasks.

Essential Functions
Serves as the school’s main receptionist and offers administrative support to several administrative leaders in the the following manner:

-Performs multiple duties which are a mix of administrative and clerical in nature, which may include, but are not limited to data gathering, data management, correspondence, filing, calendar
management, event scheduling, mail distribution, answering the phone, ordering food for meetings, and purchasing/ordering supplies.

- Assists the Chief Operations Officer in requesting card and key access to the building.

- Assists the Chief Operations Officer in routing facility work orders to the appropriate entity.

- Advises faculty, staff, and students of standard policies or procedures.

- Acts as point of contact for purchasing or vendor/outside agencies

- May perform some administrative duties which may include, but are not limited to budget coordination, human resources duties such as Kronos, assists with recruitment interview days, preparation of reports/documents/presentations, or coordination of complex projects or events.

- As an academic position, duties may also include but are not limited to scheduling classrooms, assisting students with white coats and other necessary classroom or activity items.
