Wire Design & Install Engineer

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum Experience: 9 years

What You’ll Do:
•Develop and maintains cable/wire harness detail and assembly designs.
•Analyze results and performs design reviews.
•Lead the team to analyze results and performs design reviews.
•Provide engineering design disposition on discrepancies (e.g., rejection tags, production action requests, shop revision requests).
•Document processes, specifications and procedures that support the design and manufacture of electrical commodities.
•Develop complex statements of work, metrics, schedules and budgets.
•Perform technical review of supplier capabilities to facilitate source selection.
•Work under minimal direction.

*U.S. Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.

Education & Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry combined with 9+ years of relevant work experience; Master’s degree combined with 7+ years of relevant work experience; PhD combined with 4+ years of relevant work experience.
•ABET is preferred.
