At Regions, the Contact Center Priority Banker provides full service banking to affluent clients and meet needs by proactively offering appropriate products, services, and guidance to achieve financial goals. + Achieves Contact Center targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate guidance and perspective about Regions solutions
+ Achieves required levels of inbound phone calls from the top 10% of Regions customer base
+ Educates and advises customers on products and services, including all loan and deposit types
+ Ownership and resolution of customer issues
+ Refers customers to an internal team of experts when complex financial goals and needs are recognized
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
This position is incentive eligible.
This position requires registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS). Please refer to (http://mortgage.nationwidelicensing.org) for more information.
+ High school diploma or GED
+ College degree
+ One (1) year previous banking and/or lending experience
+ One (1) year prior relationship based client consultation
Skills and Competencies
+ Strong communication and customer focus
+ Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Must be able to work 40 hours per week
+ Monday- Friday 6 am- 9 pm
+ Saturday: 8 am – 5 pm
+ Sunday: 11 am – 5 pm
Additional Job Description
Hourly rate $16.75 plus the opportunity to earn monthly incentive
Must be able to work 40 hours per week any of the times below.
Monday-Friday 8 hours between 6am-9pm
