He or she must demonstrate an ability to think creatively and analytically while identifying opportunities and taking initiative. The person in this role will work closely in support of Manufacturing Operations, including Neptune?s hourly workforce.
? Provide customer service to Neptune employees by answering questions and resolving issues; assist with employee relations activities.
? Administer job bidding system including posting, removing, qualifying, and reporting bid results.
? Coordinate recruitment activity including scheduling interviews in partnership with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and candidates. Assist with activities such as college recruiting and career fairs.
? Plan candidate travel including communication with travel agent to schedule flights, rental cars, hotels, etc.
? Create correspondences to candidates and request background checks for new hires for review alongside HR Business Partner. ? Develop and send HR related communications to Neptune employees including new hires, job openings, etc. This includes management of the HR bulletin boards.
? Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires joining Neptune including welcoming new hires on their first day.
? Serve as primary point of contact for temporary staffing.
? Assist as needed with employee engagement activities. ? Perform other HR related duties as assigned.
Education:?High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:?1-3 years of related experience
Strong written/verbal communication, organization, interpersonal and teamwork skills
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate experience in Excel
