Job Description

Brasfield & Gorrie Equipment & Supply has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Sales and Business Development and the Director of Store Operations.

Prepare reports, charts, and tables to support sales, business development, and strategic planning
Assist in developing sales and business development strategies to promote team initiatives
Update and track all customer information in Salesforce
Maintain calendar and appointments for B&G E&S leadership
Provide administrative support and account management support to the outside sales team
Coordinate travel arrangements
Manage sales team’s vehicle reimbursement program
Plan and coordinate annual charity fundraisers and other sponsored community activities
Assist with planning for client relations events
Plan annual teambuilding, training events, and meetings
Assist in procuring and managing inventory of promotional items
Education – Skills – Knowledge – Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative role
Construction or Construction Equipment industry experience preferred
Self-motivated, organized, ethical, and a team player
Acute attention to detail and ability to recognize discrepancies
Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with peers, business
partners, customers, and leadership
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
Adobe Creative Suite (Specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or InDesign) experience preferred
CRM software experience preferred
Ability to occasionally travel including overnight stays
