Aetos Systems is looking for a support technician, to support the Department of Veterans Affairs with configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of network and systems on a Mobile Device.

What your day to day looks like –

Utilize an electronic Help Desk ticketing system to manage incoming support requests, document support activities, and provide clear detailed accounts of actions taken through detailed resolution notes.
Perform tasks to support all device hardware and software issues as required on multiple mobile platforms. iOS, Android, Windows Tablets, etc.
Provide end-user technical support remotely or face to face.
Work on various projects from application testing, trainings, documentation, logistics, and even work parties!
When will you work -

8-10 hour shifts anytime between the hours of 7am-7pm CST, Monday-Saturday.
Potentially up to 10% travel.
Prefer extra income at your discretion? Overtime may be authorized and/or required on occasion.
Where will you work -

In an office setting, operating a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.

Job Requirements
What you need to bring to us –

Experience with Information Technology
Customer experience oriented
Excellent interpersonal and presentational communication skills
Mac OS and iOS system administration and server tools
Networking and PC system administration
Basic desktop and virtual desktop skills
HTML 5 – other coding languages are preferred for troubleshooting assistance
Education -
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Years of experience and/or certifications may be accepted in lieu of degree.
CompTIA (Security+, Network+, A+) and/or MCSE preferred.
Be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance with an MBI (Moderate Risk Background Investigation) to access Federal Government systems.
*Veteran status will be heavily weighted, as this is a position supporting the Department of Veteran Affairs.
