what is the work?
For our SharePoint Developer the day to day responsibilities are the following:

Work with the team and participate in all stages of SharePoint (2013/2016) solutions development from initial concept, design, development, testing and implementation using Agile / SCRUM methodologies.
Create, configure and maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, wiki pages, web parts, sites and sub-sites for Applications and Web Services (A&WS), as well as all SharePoint customers.
Provide custom solutions using JavaScript, SharePoint Designer, and Nintex Workflows and Forms.
Manage incoming SharePoint support tickets and communicate with end-users directly to resolve them.
Help facilitate SharePoint adoption by end users, as well as create Level of Effort (LOE) estimates for customer projects and services.
Provide SharePoint training and consulting to customers / users on lists, libraries, pages, publishing, web parts, importing, exporting, navigation and many other SharePoint features during project deployments and with ongoing support.
Conduct requirements gathering sessions with end users and user testing.
Manage SharePoint user accounts, groups and permissions, including managing access to sites, pages, and lists/libraries.
Document SharePoint configurations and architectures.
Establish and maintain relationships with customers / users.
Test and deploy solutions in a sandbox environment.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education/Specialized Certification Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Degree or similar field of study
Experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Working knowledge of SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint on-premise platform
In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Designer, that includes workflows and forms
Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies
Working knowledge of using Nintex workflows and forms
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

Sitting for extended periods of time at a desk or computer terminal
Must be able to effectively use devices such as a computer, phone, printer/copier, and other general office supplies
Must be able to lift and carry up to 10 pounds
